Student Grievance Process

B & M Career Institute provides students with a process to raise concerns, submit complaints, and request review through the school grievance procedure described in the school catalog.

Approvals

The school's programs are approved by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), as well as the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), as applicable.

The TWC-assigned school number is S4628.

Students should first address concerns by following the grievance process outlined in the school catalog. If a student did not receive this information, the student should inform school management immediately.

If the concern is not resolved through the school process, or if the student does not wish to follow the school process, the student may submit a complaint to TWC. Information on filing a complaint with TWC can be found on TWC's website.
