State regulations require that all nurse aides, to be listed on the NAR as having an active status license after the two years period. Nurse Aides will learn the skills and abilities essential to provision the basic care for the residents, at the end of this seminar you will be able to communicate and interact effectively with patients in attaining and maintaining maximum functional independence, while observing patient rights. To document successful course completion, participants must print a copy of the course certificate available at the end of the training and keep the certificate for documentation purposes.
Nurse Aides Assistant are the front-line workers in nursing homes, hospitals, home care givers, and other healthcare facilities. The main priority of a Nurse Aide is for the patient well-being and it depends not only on the skills of the nurse aide, but also building a strong relationship that formed between the nurse aide and the patient.
