The seminar will serve as continuing education requirement for certified Nurse Aide Assistant in the State of Texas [Click Here] for More Info. State regulations require that all nurse aides, to be listed on the NAR as having an active status license after the two years period. Must complete at least 24-Hours In-service education every two years, Topic will include; geriatric and the care of residents with a dementia disorder, including Alzheimer's disease.[TAC; Title 40; Part 1; Chapter 94; Rule ยง94.9]
Application Fee ApplicationNurse Aides will learn the skills and abilities essential to provision the basic care for the residents, at the end of this seminar you will be able to communicate and interact effectively with patients in attaining and maintaining maximum functional independence, while observing patient rights. To document successful course completion, participants must print a copy of the course certificate available at the end of the training and keep the certificate for documentation purposes.
Nurse Aides Assistant are the front-line workers in nursing homes, hospitals, home care givers, and other healthcare facilities.
